I got my start in the world of photography because my daughter Asia Peoples wanted to become a fashion model. I had an idea in my head of what her pictures should look like and I knew she had the talent, so I invested in my first professional camera and started taking her pictures. People fell in love with my work. I’ve even had clients burst into tears because they'd never seen themselves the way I photographed them. When that happened I knew I was onto something great and I fell in love with the art of photography!!! 

I LOVE my job because I get to meet new and exciting people and tell their love story. I get to capture every moment and detail of their special day. I get to display their personalities and true self. I get to make an impact. I am passionate about diversity. There are so many unique and diverse people in this world, but we all share one thing in common, and that is love.

The universal love and respect expressed by ALL people for ALL people, regardless of race, creed, or social status. Let that sink in. The wedding industry, as a whole, would fool you into thinking there is only one type of couple getting married. I embrace and celebrate diversity and you’re not going to see only one type of couple in my portfolio.

The Platinum Package: $3500

Engagement Session, six hours of coverage, Mirror me photo booth (3 hours unlimited prints), online proofing, custom thumb drive with copyright release, assistant photographer, and 10x10 leather bound custom album containing 20 full spreads.

Mirror Me Photo Booth: This selfie mirror is sure to WOW your guest!!! We will ensure that your event is fun and full of unforgettable memories. Whether you're celebrating a wedding, birthday party, school dance, bar/bat mitzvah, or corporate event, our booth will be the center of attention. Our booths are equipped with a personal video option, and social media uploading on site.

Sessions: A session can be either a studio session, engagement, senior portraits, or rehearsal dinner. Each includes up to an hour and a half on location, high resolution images with copyright release, and online proofing.

Mini-Sessions: A half hour local session. Images are delivered via ftp download in high resolution.

Assistant: Assistant photographers both shoot and assist the lead photographer. The assistant helps set up lighting, keeping track of timeline and shot lists.

Second Photographer: Second photographers act as additional lead photographer, focusing on the groom’s side and prep events, as well as more perspectives of the ceremony and reception. With this addition, the package has two leads and an assistant. Second Photographers are important if you'd like more photos of the guest. With one lead photographer most of the time and attention would be focused on getting the key shots of the bride and groom.

Online Proofing: Included with all sessions and coverages, online proofing allows clients and guests to view their images in an online gallery, and order prints and products. This can be password protected upon request.

Mirror Me Photo Booth Rental

Package 1

  • Traditional props your guests will create fun and unique photos with our large assortment of hats, glasses, stick props, signs and additional silly items.

  • Custom design - our designer will create the perfect print tailored just for your event. You can include names, dates, logos, themes and colors. 

  • Protective sleeves all prints come with a protective sleeve in case of any mishaps.

  • Online gallery your print files will be added to our web page for viewing.

  • Dropbox upload - your print files will be sent to you for instant download. 

  • Facebook upload - your print files will be added to our Facebook page

  • VIP treatment - stanchions and red carpet 

  • Two attendants 

$750 for 3 hours (Digital images sent to renter, guest have the option to pay for prints $10)

If you feel like I am the right photographer for you but not sure if I am within budget, reach out to me anyway!
 I just ask that you understand this is my livelihood and how I pay the bills. So sometimes, working with budgets is just not available if I can’t survive financially after expenses. I strive to not waste your time but to also make things easy to talk about and be 100% transparent with you. If you truly love my style of work, my approach and appreciate all of my hard work — then I am more than willing to openly discuss the budget because to me, people come first.

 
 

– Frequently Asked Questions – 

It’s a lot, but it’s important to know what you are getting!
 

Where are you based? I am based in Phenix City and Luverne, Al. However I am always down to travel… I live for traveling! So I will fly to your wedding on a whim!

What is your delivery time? I deliver wedding photos within 3-4 weeks, while standard time in the industry is 6-12 weeks. I usually delivery at least 10-20 edited images as soon as possible so my clients can show off their beautiful day. I am pretty proud of this turnaround – who likes waiting long? #nobodyin2017. It’s not that I rush the editing, I just photograph correctly and do not depend on editing to make the images better.

Do we get all of our photos? Absolutely! The only photos I do not deliver are blinking, blurry, or unflattering photos that I know you won’t have any desire to print/have. On average, my delivery is 400-800 photos, but I do not put a cap on how many. It just depends on how long I’m hired for and how much goes on come wedding day. I do not send you any RAW (un-edited) photos – you are hiring me for my editing style and trust that I send all the right photos.

How do you deliver photos? I deliver via online gallery with full high-resolution photos. No watermarks or logos will be on the photos. I give you a download code so you have full access to your pictures and you can share/print away.

How do we book? I send you the contract and the package you decide to book through my invoicing program. It’s a $500 retainer and the balance is due 2 weeks before the wedding. Easy Peasy.

Do you meet with clients before booking? Clients are welcome to make an appointment to come by the studio, but it’s not necessary as I will definitely keep in touch often and I'm always easy to get ahold of through email or phone call.

I read that you are open to talking about budgets: Can you elaborate? Money is never easy to talk about, but I strive to make sure that our correspondence is transparent and open. I am a part-time photographer with plans to become a full time photographer. I have to pay for everything out of my own pocket. While I truly WANT to work with budgets (and I always try too!), it’s just not always possible. With that being said, here are some things that will make it easier for me to work within a lower budget:

1) Having a wedding on a Friday or Sunday
2) Having a wedding during “off” season (November-March)
OR
3) Your wedding is last minute and around the corner (within 1-3 months)
